Congratulations on your upcoming wedding and thank you for considering Emerald Downs as the location of your big day! The following is information to help you in your planning.

Our prices include room rental, standard room set-up and clean up, security, bartender, no-host tableside cocktail service, dance floor, table linens and china for groups that meet the food and beverage minimums. Prices are determined by the menu option of your choice:

Hors d'oeuves Buffets from $24.00 per person*
Sit Down Dinner from $25.00 per person*
Buffet Dinner Selections from $24.00 per person*
NEW! Indian Buffet from $34.00 per person.

*Above Prices do not include sales tax and 18% service charge.

Reception Food & Beverage Minimums

The food and beverage minimum is the lowest dollar amount before tax and service charge that must be spent on food and hosted beverages to secure the room for an evening.

As long as you reach the minimum before service charge and tax, there is no room rental fee!!

Ceremony pricing varies by location of reception, please call for details. Standard Room Rental is 6 hours. Additional hours may be purchased

Deposit/Final Payment

Non-refundable deposits are based on 20% of the estimated final balance. All deposits will be applied toward your final balance. Final balance is due ten days prior to event.
